Glen is a native of Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from South High School, attended Pittsburg State University, and received his degree in mortuary science from Cypress Community College in Cypress, California, where he was on the president’s honor roll.

He served in that capacity for seven years.
After growing disenchanted with the corporate world, but desiring to continue in his profession, he joined the staff of Broadway Mortuary in 1995. Vic was born in Wichita and raised in the neighboring city of Haysville, Kansas. Having a father who was a minister at a local church, he was introduced to funeral service during his high-school years at Campus High School and began working evening visitations at Old Mission Mortuary.
He didn't realize it at the time, but serving people at one of their most difficult times in life suited him and went hand in hand with his faith and his own desire for a calling to ministry.
After a brief stint in banking with Bank IV and Emprise Bank, Vic returned to Old Mission Mortuary where he served an apprenticeship and obtained a funeral directors license. He also worked at Hillside Funeral Home before a decade-long period in restaurant management.
The opportunity presented itself again for a return to funeral service in the spring of 2008 with the Cozine family and Broadway Mortuary. Vic has been serving families ever since and discovered he also had an ability to express his faith in God through writing. He created online devotional ministries "Faith on Facebook" and "Fully Devoted" in December of 2019. Both currently have readers across the United States.
In 2015, he was recognized as a Certified Crematory Operator (CCO) by the National Funeral Directors Association.
Vic's love for writing and serving people is what drives him every day. He looks forward to continuing his calling in both areas indefinitely. When he is not busy serving, he enjoys cycling, smoking meats, fixing things around the house, and spending time with family. Vic has six children from a previous marriage and resides in West Wichita. He currently attends Life.Church West Campus.

Brad is a native of Kansas and was born and raised in Newton. He graduated from Newton High School in 1978. He went on to study for a few years at Wichita State University and Bethel College and later finished his studies in Organizational Management and Leadership at Friends University.
During his high-school years, Brad began working in the retail menswear business in Newton. He was always a real ‘people person’ and thrived on serving his customers to make their shopping experience fun and meaningful. Brad also knew he had a desire for public service and wanted to run for public office someday. He became active in local and statewide politics, and his dream was realized when he was nominated to run for the Kansas House of Representatives in 1982. The day after the election found Brad losing by the closest of margins after being declared the projected winner by KAKE news around 11 o’clock election night.
In 1984, wanting to move up in his menswear career, Brad moved to Wichita to work for Woolf Brothers, one of the oldest and most prestigious clothing stores in the country. His career in retail clothing included working for great Wichita stores, such as Gentry Ltd., Henry’s, and Johnston’s Clothiers.
1984 was a big year for Brad. While working for Woolf Brothers, he met and fell in love with Rhonda, one of the store's female wardrobe consultants. Brad and Rhonda were married in 1986, have raised two children, and have shared over 36 years of marriage.
With an eye for detail, one of Brad’s gifts was in wardrobe design. In 1988 he graduated in the first class of Certified Wardrobe Consultants by the National Menswear Association, offering complete wardrobe analysis for his customers. He also furthered his love for public speaking by creating a corporate wardrobe seminar titled, “Dress for Success,” which he offered to many companies in Wichita and around the state.
Through the years, while Brad loved serving the people of Wichita in retail, he felt a deeper calling to serve humanity through Christian ministry. In 1996, he went to work as a salesman for Love Box Company while beginning his studies for ministry and ordination in the Church of the Nazarene. In 1998, Brad received his first Minister’s license, and in 2000 he began serving as an Associate Pastor of Wichita First Church of the Nazarene.
As an ordained minister, Brad’s calling to serve others has now included over 20 years of pastoral ministry with the First Church of the Nazarene here in Wichita, and First Church of the Nazarene in San Antonio, Texas. In 2019, he stepped away from his full-time pastoral responsibilities and began Brad Riley Ministries Inc, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that ministers to people across all denominational boundaries as a speaker and pastoral counselor.
As a part of Brad’s ecumenical ministry, he founded the Living Waters Ministry Center, a compassionate ministry center for the inner city of Wichita. He also co-founded the Ecumenical Christian Prayer Group and The Merciful Servants of Christ. For many years now, Brad has also worked very closely with the Cozine Memorial Group, ministering to hundreds of families by officiating funeral and memorial services. He also currently serves as Pastor of The Goddard Church in Goddard, Kansas.
Brad also has a passion for reading and writing. He is a published author of the blog, ‘bradriley.org,’ numerous devotional articles, and two books. His most recent book, A PRESENCE IN THE DARK: Finding Hope in Death was written to help people realize the blessing of life, how death is actually a part of the gift of living, and how to grieve more healthily when facing death.
Joining the Cozine Memorial Group as Pastoral Care Coordinator for families has been a privilege for Brad and a natural extension of his ministry to the community of Wichita.

While studying exercise science at WSU, Melissa worked as the sports coordinator at the East YMCA. She married her husband Chance in 2002. While in Omaha, Melissa worked for the Armbrust Family YMCA in various roles, including birthday coordinator, member retention, and overseeing the front desk.
In 2014, they decided to make a change and move back home to Wichita, especially to be near their extended family. In November 2014, Melissa, with the help and support of her husband, opened their own small business. She had recognized a need in Wichita for a dedicated kids’ hair salon. They first opened Pigtails and Crewcuts in west Wichita and opened their second location on the east side of town in August 2018. Melissa and Chance sold both locations in 2020. The business was a great success and continues to grow today under new ownership.
Melissa is a great asset to the Cozine Memorial Group. Through her experience in serving people through fitness facilities and in overseeing and supporting many athletic teams, she naturally is stepping into the role of serving families and various groups with gracious hospitality and enthusiasm. Melissa partners with Carolyn to help with events and hospitality at the Cozine Life Events Center. Whether it is through the memorial aspect of the business or through planning and hosting other events, Melissa brings many wonderful skills to the Cozine team.
