Forever we will feel his love, see his smile, hear his laugh, cherish his friendship, remember his kindness, admire his handiwork and honor his name. Ronald C. Page, 63, died on January 28, 2016. He was born in Wichita, Kansas in 1952 and called Haysville home where he was raised by his parents Levi and Hazel Page who preceded him in death. Ron loved his country and served in the United States Army. After studying Electrical Engineering at WTI, he spent more than 20 years as a Biomedical Engineer for Via Christi Hospital in Wichita. Ron married the love of his life and best friend Lynda McNerlin on Oct. 29, 1994. Together, they enjoyed life to the fullest and embellished the phrase Live, Laugh, Love. Ron was a master of woodworking and a true Mr. Fixit. He dearly loved his three children, Christopher Page, Sean Page (Jennifer), and Sara Stansbury (Bob). He was known for spoiling his five grandchildren: Keely, Kaine, Hazel, Kaiti and Alix. Ron is also survived by his sister Susan Liebst (Brad), Uncle Don and Aunt Betty Sharp, mother and father-in-law R.C. and Karen McNerlin and numerous cousins. Six nieces and nephews lovingly called him Uncle Ronnie. A service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 10:30 a.m at the Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway St., Wichita, KS 67211. A graveside service will follow. In lieu of flowers,memorial gifts in Ron’s memory may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
