Schultz, Richard L., 80, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, May 25, 2020. He served in the US Navy from 1957-1961 and then became an Over-the-Road Truck Driver finishing his career with Penske. A Celebration of Life will be held 10 am, Saturday, May 30, at Hope Church. A livestream will be provided at HopeKansas.church/watch. He was preceded in death by grandson, Josh King. Survivors include his beloved wife, Shirley Schultz; son, Richard (Angela) Schultz; daughters, Kim (Mike) Gerstenkorn and Justine (Bob) King; brother, Bob (Meg) Schultz; grandchildren, Erin (Eric) Peterson, Lindsay (Joseph) Aranas, Zachary Bryant, Jacob King, Jaime Schultz, Kalen Schultz, Casey Schultz and Mary (Jon) White; great-grandchildren, J.D. Board, Zion Aranas and Ellie Aranas; and numerous loving family members. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Richard to honor his grandson Josh King at While We’re Waiting, P.O.
