Richard Dean Fleming, 75, retired Purchaser with Boeing Wichita and Truck Driver, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018. Richard graduated from Central State University in Edmond, OK, and served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Fleming; son, Derrick Fleming; sisters, Eli Elam; Denna Wilder, and Dixie Bender; and brother, Rocky Fleming.
