Ollie Earl Ward passed away On October 31, 2015. Visitation 6-8:00pm, Tuesday, Broadway Mortuary. Funeral service 10:30am, Wednesday, Bethany United Methodist Church. He was born December 27, 1921 in Cook County, Texas to Odus and Myrtle Ward. He was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church. Ollie was preceded in death by son Jody Ward, sister Marie Renard, brothers Clyde Ward, H R (Hap) Ward, Grady Ward, Spurgin Ward and granddaughter Amber Ward. He is survived by his wife Peggy Ward of Wichita, KS and two sons Dennis of Bel Aire, KS and Rodney of Haysville, KS. Step-daughters Sandra Abbott of Wichita, KS and Sharon Scott of Grayland, WA. Step-sons Ron Scott of Piedmont, KS and Dr. Steven Scott of Seattle, WA. Brothers Herbert Ward of Wichita,KS, Bill Ward of Joplin, MO, and sister Mary Scheerger of Wellington, KS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Memorials to Bethany United Methodist Church and Gentiva Hospice. Share condolences at www.CozineMemorial.com.
