Norma Jean Delph, 96, departed this world to be with her Lord and Savior on January 20, 2025. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Norma served with the Foreign Service of the Department of State for thirty years, living in thirteen countries and visiting over seventy-five. After living all over the world, she retired in Wichita, Kansas and had a full life—she loved traveling, Bible study, art and dancing classes, volunteering, and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arlie and Margaret Delph, and her sister, Arline Kice and survived by her niece, Margery Kice, and nephews Ed (Linda) Kice and David (Luci) Kice.
