Watkins, Nathaniel “Nate” A.K., 20, Wichita North High Graduate, WATC Student, and O’Reilly Auto Parts employee, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015. Memorial Service, 1:30 pm, Thursday, April 2, at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Nathaniel is preceded in death by grandparents, Carroll “Smoke” Higgs, Ramone Sanchez, and O. Gail Watkins; uncle, Tom Flanagan. Survivors include his parents, Christopher Watkins and Karen Watkins; brother, Matthew Watkins (Estrella); sisters, KeiraShai Watkins and Ashe Campbell; longtime girlfriend, Tawny O’Brien; grandmother, Patricia Higgs; great-aunt, Fran Meyer; aunts, Carolyn “Lyn” Hutcheson (Brad), Willa Applegate, Tammy Simpson, Lucinda Pickell, and Gloria Dreher; uncle, Berwyn “Corky” Rodgers (Judy); cousins, Nicole, Aaron, Justin, Paris, Michael, Keegan, Adam, Kiara, Sharon Carol, and Kiley; Grandma Gloria and family.
