Preceded in death by her husband Richard W. Mellard; parents, Clinton and Ethel Searcy and sisters, Barbara O’Day and Sandra Shulaw. Survivors include her son, Richard W. and Shelley Mellard, II; daughters, Kathy Mellard and Carla Mellard; brother, Donald (Leora) Searcy; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
