Loretta Hubbs

Hubbs, Loretta Sue (Wines), 68, was born July 14, 1946 in Joplin, MO., to Roy and Meryl Wines. At age two, she was adopted to Bud and Mary Lyscio. On July 24, 1977, she married Charles S. Hubbs in Joplin, MO., and they made their home in Smith Center, KS., before moving to Wichita. She has a sister, Judy Laro, and a brother, John Holden, both of Joplin, MO; numerous nieces, two nephews, and three great nephews. She died in Wichita surrounded by her loving family.
