Leonard is survived by his wife, Joyce Kocher; sons, Samuel, Philip, and Michael Pickens; daughter, Karen Kocher; sister, Marilyn Ritz; grandchildren, Philip III, Malachi, Peyton, Ria Elizabeth, and Michael.
