Francis, Kay E., 82, former owner of Walls Floral and Plant Manager with Kelly Manufacturing, passed away On Monday, July 9, 2018. Kay is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Francis; daughters, Debbie Snyder (Jack), Susan McAnally (Bruce), Kelly Thompson (Jeff), and Lisa Stone (Shawn); 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Visitation hours will be held from 1-8 p.m., Thursday, July 12, and Funeral Service, 1:30 pm, Friday, July 13, both at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway.
