Phelps, Jeffery Scott, 42, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018. Visitation with family will be 6-8 pm, Thursday, October 25, and Funeral Service will be 11 am, Friday, October 26, at Salvation Army Citadel, 1739 Elpyco St., Wichita, KS 67218. Interment to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Survivors include his beloved wife, Crystal Phelps; parents, Randy and Lynda Phelps; sons, Ian and Andrew Phelps; daughter, Abigail Phelps; brother, Lonnie Phelps; sisters, Amy (Doug) Mitchell and Katie Mendez; sister-in-law, Tosha Powell; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
