Boothe, James Wesley, 71, was accepted into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the evening of April 24, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Friday at Broadway Mortuary with Funeral Service 10:00 am, Saturday at Westside Freewill Baptist Church, 3310 W. MacArthur Rd. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Kramer (Paul) and James Boothe. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Sharon; his only son, Gregory; daughter-in-law, Madilyn; grandchildren, Geremy, Megan, Vail, Lauren, Rachel, Nicholas, Shayna, and Jack; and one great-grandson, Liam. James was born on April 18, 1945 in Wichita, KS, where he would go on to live his entire life. He was a longtime employee of Road Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669. He would go on to end his career as the District 39 Business Agent. James enjoyed coaching soccer, fishing, genealogy, and Bible study.
