J. Ann (Jacobsen) Bush, 75, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 in Wichita, KS. She was born June 11, 1941 to Jack E. and Erma Lou Jacobsen. Ann is survived by her brother, Eric Jacobsen (Naomi); sisters, Linda Lewis (Bob) and Carolyn Thorn (Don); 5 nephews, 2 nieces, and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Bush; parents; and nephew, Christopher Hatfield. Memorial services and burial will be held at a later date.
