She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lucille Noriega; brothers, Carlos and James Noriega and her twin sister, Rosalie Jackson. Survivors include her son, Timothy (Rhoda) Palmer; life-partner, David Harrell; brother, Roger Noriega; sister, Rita (Michael) Prahm; and grandchildren, Ethan and Colin Palmer.
