Donald Ottaway

Donald W. Ottaway, 86, retired Boeing Wichita engineer, died August 25, 2015. Private family committal service will be held. Don proudly served the U.S. Air Force, retiring as Lt. Col. He served two tours in Southeast Asia and was a recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross. In the 1950s, Don’s family founded Joyland. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ottaway; son, Jeffrey A. Ottaway; five brothers and a sister. Survivors include his daughter, Susan (Edward) Harper of Hampton, VA; sons, David M.
