David Green

David Dale Green, 66, passed away Jan. 23, 2017 after an accident in his home. Born July 24, 1950, he was the son of John D. (JD) and Josephine Green. A graduate of Kapaun High School, (Class of 1968) David pursued a life of wide and varied interests, working on the family farm as well as a motorcycle mechanic, lumberjack and machinist. He was an avid gardener and tinkerer, and focused his life on his wife and two children. He is survived by his daughter, Regina Dunn and her husband, Richard of New Orleans; his son, John, and his wife Diana, of North Carolina. He is also survived by his brothers, John E. of Wichita; Paul J. of Salina, and his mother, Josephine of Wichita. Preceded in death by his wife Mary and his father, John D. Green. A celebration of life will be held at The Knights of Columbus 3202 W 13th St. N #11 Wichita KS on Saturday, March 11, from 3-6 pm.
