Carol Chakra

Words can't describe this tragic loss. Carol, 19 years old, loving, kind, and generous. She was the best sister, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and the most amazing friend and a helping hand. She went the extra mile, literally and figuratively. She fled the war in Syria with her twin sister, older sister, and mother, seeking refuge in the United States. Carol was a junior at Wichita State University and an A+ student planning for a career in health care, either as a doctor or a PA. Carol passed away after a tragic car accident. She loved music and was an accomplished flutist. Above all, she loved the Lord, and she showed the love of Jesus with all her heart.
