Brenda Jester

Brenda Jean Jester passed away August 12, 2017. She was born December 22, 1947 to the parents of Willis O. Cagle and Maxine (Cooper) Cagle in Checotah, Oklahoma. She lived in Checotah, Oklahoma until the age of four. She then moved to Wichita Kansas and lived there until she was sixteen. She then moved to Kansas City, Kansas, where she graduated high school. After High School, Brenda was married for five years and had no children. She moved back to Wichita and worked at the Fourth National Bank for five years. She then left Wichita and moved to Miami Florida, where she worked at City National Bank for five years. After her stay in Miami Florida, she then moved back to Wichita where she worked as a waitress until she retired. She stayed in Wichita until her passing. Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Joe Cagle. She is survived by one sister, Shirley Robinson (Jerry Wagoner); step-mother, Joanne Cagle; two nieces, Bonnie Gallegos and Bethany Cagle; two nephews, Frank Gallegos and Tony Callaway. She also had numerous cousins who reside in Kansas and Oklahoma. Brenda loved to read and do crafts. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
