Albert Burleson

Albert “Duane” Burleson,
56, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Sept. 12, 2015. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, Believers Tabernacle, 2000 S. Hillside, Wichita. Graveside Services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, Oxford Cemetery. Duane was born April 22, 1959, in Perryton, Texas, to Dale Duane and Rita Faye (Richeson) Burleson. On Jan. 14, 1995, Duane married Rhonda Davis in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Prior to a prolonged illness, Duane was a maintenance facilities manager in Winfield. He could be found enjoying the outdoors and loved riding his motorcycle with the love of his life Rhonda. He was an avid fisherman. He also took great pride in spending time with his children and greatly enjoyed being with all his grandchildren. Duane was preceded in death by his father Dale Burleson and mother Rita Faye. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rhonda Burleson, of the home; sons Jeremi Tate and wife Alia, Brandon Burleson and wife Kelli, and Casey Lee and wife, Mary, all of Winfield; daughter Rachel Tate, Wichita; sister Theresa Rairdon; grandchildren, Jayden, Ali, Justyce and Alawnah Tate, Logan, Mikayla, Landyn, Layton and Aubrey Burleson, and Micah, Jonah, Noah and Susannah Lee.
